My goal was to reach 115kg by today, 8th February, my birthday. I'm 39 today and weigh 121kg. I was as low as 117.5 before going to NZ, but then i slipped back to the way i usually behave when i am away on business - a steady diet of beer, chocolate and late night dinners. I was still around 119 kg when i got back, but i continued with eating and drinking sweets and i'm at 121kg today. It is 6kg off the mark, but it still 7.6kg from where i started.
From here on, i will set monthly targets and more realistic. Yes, i will improve my diet, but will not go for overkill in the process. Not eating or drinking any sweets is good, but when i went into overindulge mode, i ate all the crap i have eaten before i started losing weight. I will also change my training methods, because i have found that i could eat (almost) what i liked, but it was the constant physical exercise that made the difference in the week we were moving, my biggest weight loss to date. I have some ideas in my mind and will implement them.
I still feel a lot younger then my 39 years of age and i have my target weight of 105kg before i reach 40. That would be my best birthday present !
