121.7kg this morning. I seem to be hovering around 120-122kg at the moment, i guess i have stabilised at this weight. At least i am not jumping on the scales every morning as i used to, but i haven't had a good eating or training plan.
Next week will bring lot more physical work in the back yard, digging out tree roots and moving soil and dirt around. I think i will see results by the end of the week, the key is sleep, diet and exercise !
